I am a founder, operator, and strategic advisor with over two decades of experience across asset management, structured products, and financial operations. I specialise in helping businesses scale commercially, operationally and culturally, by combining deep technical expertise with hands-on leadership.
As a joint founder and COO of a successful asset management business, I built the firm from the ground up into a £7m+ revenue business managing more than £1.2bn in assets across the UK and Europe. I oversaw every aspect of growth: finance, operations, systems, people, strategy, sales operations, and regulatory governance. My career also includes senior trading, structuring and risk roles at both boutique and large-scale corporate firms, where I managed multi-billion-pound issuance programmes and led the development of quantitative pricing and risk systems.
