I'm a founder, operator and strategic advisor with over two decades of experience across multiple sectors. I work closely with leadership teams to scale businesses commercially, culturally and operationally through deep technical understanding and hands-on leadership.
As a joint founder of a successful asset management business, I was instrumental in shaping the firm into a £7m+ revenue business managing more than £1.2bn in assets. I oversaw every aspect of growth: finance, operations, systems, people, strategy, sales operations and firm governance.
Having built and scaled a business from the ground up, I understand first hand the pressures, trade-offs and personal responsibility that only founders experience. This unique perspective allows me to engage with business owners with genuine empathy, appreciating both the commercial challenges and the emotional realities that accompany ownership.
